Dr. Debora Trimpe has a PhD in Psychology, specializing in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She has almost 40 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry and has been a featured speaker on sales topics at local, regional, and national industry events. 

 Over the years she has been responsible for coaching and/or training over 1,000 individuals in both new home sales and real estate sales. Her current practice includes coaching and development for individuals, teams, and corporations.
